Everything Flint Mail does
Pick a feature to watch it work.
Highlights
-
Tap the microphone in a reply and say what you want. Flint AI keeps your meaning and decisions, drops the filler words and writes it the way you write.
Your phone does the listening; Flint Mail never records or keeps the audio. Without Pro it types what you say. On Android and iPhone.
-
Before your day starts, it writes replies to mail waiting on you (offering free times when someone wants to meet), nudges people whose promises are late, and finds lists you never open.
It's all in Today by the time you pick, 7:00 AM unless you choose another.
-
Autopilot files and forwards on its own. Anything that needs you, and every reply it writes, waits in Today for a tap.
Everything it did this week is listed with Undo. Mail Fraud Shield flags is never acted on.
-
- Write it the way you'd say it: “Forward invoices to [email protected] and label them Receipts.”
- Check how Flint read it, and what it would have caught in the last 30 days.
- Choose whether it asks you first, then turn it on.
-
It checks every new email for addresses made to look like ones you know, names borrowed from people you know, first time payment requests, and bank details that differ from a sender's earlier invoices.
A sender you confirm is genuine is never flagged again.
-
Flint AI learns your greetings, sign offs and tone from the mail you've sent, and follows each inbox's own guidance, like “Refunds within 14 days are fine.”
The draft opens as your reply, so you can change anything first. Nothing is sent without you.
-
Each card says what the person wants and offers replies to pick from. Swipe right when it's done, left to see it tomorrow.
The deck is free. Answers written for you are part of Pro.
Knows your work
-
With Connections, a customer's plan from Firebase and their payments from Stripe sit beside the conversation, with Refund one tap away. Promises, your free times and your own notes are there too.
-
Try “What do I owe this week?” or “Who is waiting on a reply from me?” Every answer lists its sources, in the email's own words.
-
Today starts with what matters, then scam alerts, what Flint prepared for you, promises, money and your agenda. Listen reads it aloud with your phone's own voice, in about a minute.
The written summary is part of Pro. The rest of Today is free.
-
Flint Mail only reads them, unless you tap a button like Refund and confirm it. Keys stay encrypted on your Flint Mail server.
Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants can search your mail and draft replies, which wait in Today for you to read and send.
-
The last 30 days, worked out from your mail itself. Lists you never open come with an Unsubscribe button.
Your inboxes
-
Each inbox keeps its own color, and businesses group the inboxes that belong together. Choose Together or One at a time in Settings.
-
Every new email is sorted as it lands. Focus shows promises due, follow ups and what needs a reply. Other groups newsletters, receipts and updates into bundles you can clear in one swipe.
An email in Other that mentions a date or deadline is pulled out for a second look.
-
Type or say something like “Northwind and anything from Mateo” and the split fills itself in for you to check. Mail stays in your inbox too.
-
Teammates see the conversations in inboxes you share, assign them, leave notes only the team sees, and are told when someone else is already replying. Replies go out from the shared address.
-
Works with your own domains, Gmail, Google Workspace, iCloud, Zoho Mail, Spacemail, Fastmail, Yahoo, cPanel hosts and any IMAP mailbox. When a provider needs an app password, it shows you how to make one.
The password is stored encrypted on your own Flint Mail server and goes nowhere else.
-
Every folder is copied with its original dates and read and starred marks. Nothing is removed from the old inbox, nothing is copied twice, and it carries on while the app is closed.
